The structure is directed by a General Meeting/Board of Directors, who appoint a Management Committee.

This Committee pilots projects assigned and/or suggested by GIFAS.

These activities are coordinated through a permanent two member team consisting of the Office/Communication/Training Manager and the ICOP* Technical Support.
